Mt. Fuji

Climbing Mt. Fuji is really popular these days. A student of mine also climbed Mt. Fuji. When he began climbing, the mountain trail was very crowded. He told me that it was as crowded as subway trains in Tokyo, showing a picture. Yes, I could see the path filled with people. According to him, however, the view of the rising sun from the summit was extraordinary beautiful. I was very happy that he had such a wonderful experience. From the top of Mt. Fuji, you can see cloud underneath like the sea, and the sun rises from that sea-cloud. It is really fascinating. I asked him if he had a picture of the view. He said yes and showed me the picture of the rising sun. It was beautiful indeed, but what I saw instead of the sea-cloud was ....the sea of people's heads!
