A student told me that after giving birth to a baby, you have to leave the hospital on the next day in the student's country. In Japan, mothers are taken care of at the hospital with their babies for 6 days. The student was envious about that. And the student was a man! I think he must have had a hard time with his tired wife and their newborn baby.
